Hello.
I have a V600 and I'm experiencing a problem with the charger: when I plug
it in, it never connects right and I have to fiddle with it for some time
before I find the position in which it starts charging.
The position is never the same, sometimes I have to push the plug (at the
phone end) down, sometimes up, using objects to force it that way.
Did anyone else ever experienced the same problem and found a solution?
BTW, I tried another charger and the problem is the same, but the phone's
slot seems OK.
Thank you.

The two times that I have had a problem with charging my V600 and
HS850 ear piece it has been dirt or something on the charger contacts
or phone contacts that prevented a good electrical contact. Clean the
contacts on the phone, looking closely for any small particles or an
insulating film/dirt that could prevent good contact. Use a
magnifying glass if necessary. Each contact on the phone is recessed
in a plastic valley that can easily conceal a small particle that may
not be obvious to casual inspection. The three contacts on the
charger are spring loaded. Take a piece of folded paper and gingerly
push the contacts into the connector a few times and then clean
between the contacts. YMMV.

It can take several seconds for the phone to recognize the current and display
a "charging" indication. Try just plugging it in and waiting for 10-125
seconds before assuming it's not working.
