Motorola V265 Wireless Phone

Under Voice Mail> Message Center> Message Settings> MMS Message Setup>
Download> there's 3 choices -- Automatic, Defer and Home Only. The manual
says nothing about its functions. What do these parameters mean?
Difference between them?

The three settings allow you to decide when your phone accesses the
wireless network to download the multimedia messages (MMS). Since
pictures can be quite large and you are charged minutes when
downloading them, some people want the control to download them
1) Automatically (downloads when you get the message)
2) Defer (gives you the option to download them as you wish...
basically you have to press a button to download them)
3) Home Only (downloads them automatically as long as you're on your
home network-to avoid any roaming fees)

I tend to leave mine on defer and I can then wait for off-peak hours to
download messages I don't need to see until later.
