When the flip is closed, you are suppose to be able to take a self pic
of yourself using the exterior display. According to the instructions,
you press and hold the smart key button for like a second, it activates
the camera, then you push the smart key button again to snap the photo.
OK, all works until I snap the photo, then a message pops up on the
screen telling me "picture capture failed", what is wrong with this
phone??? It's like it's capturing my picture but refusing to give me
the option to save it and I don't understand why. When I take pics
with the flip open, all is well.

Can anyone help?
