After having updated my V3's software, I can't seem to get the keypad
    lights to come on.
Occasionally they do light up for a few minutes, but they suddenly go off
for no apparent reason. I was wondering if someone else has had this kind of
    problem and
if there's a way of fixing it.

    Thanks, Tony

Go to motox.us and use the flex keypad fix to flex it

Done that already.... it still doesn't work. They just come on as if they've
got a mind of its own. How the hell can I fix the problem??

    Please help!!!

You're sure that power save isn't on, right? It's on by default.
Basically, it turns off the keypad backlight when there's enough
ambient lighting around you. Check your settings. Maybe by updating the
software, some of the settings where reset to defaults.

That I know the V3 doesn't have any power saving features.
Anyway I've tried them all but no lights, all I can say is that
occasionally they come on, but turn off on their own.
Any more suggestions ?... anyone no of some repair file
that can be uploaded??.. I've tried the keypad fix on Motox but
    still not working.

Have you tried Menu > Settings > Initial Setup > Battery Save > Off?
just want to make sure ...
