I posted two above this and it may be that I have to exchange the phone.

If that is the case, is there any way I can save all of the ringtones,
photos, etc? I have mobile phone tools to save the phone numbers, but I
would like to save all of the settings that I have changed to
    personalize the phone.

    Thanks

OK. Thanks. I found that and downloaded the files that appeared but
there are three .mp3 ringtones that did not appear in the audio folder
but are definitely on the v551. Any idea how I find them and offload
    them from the v551?

    Thanks.

I found MotoKit but it is for MotoKit for Motorola A920/A925/A1000. I
have a v551. What am I missing here? Is there a version for the v551
    phone?
