    I spoke with Motorola and they told me the difference is the mini cable and that the 49.99 version would work best with my RAZOR V3.

    They are two different cables, one for a V3, one for a V551.
    Both are shown here at list price.

    I have Mobile Phone Tools that I use with Bluetooth SKU: 98578H.

    There are many places that offer this same package much cheaper.
    A Google search shows $19.95 as the first hit.
    shopoem.com has been referred by others, but I don't see it listed there
    today.

    You can buy the MPT disk and cable on ebay for under $15. Once you have it upgrade to the new version 4.04.
