I use RDS 1.9.1 - connect your phone via bluetooth, make sure you have a
fully charged battery, start RDS, load the flash file, hit "start".
When your phone reports "PASS" in the list onscreen, you're done.

and the bootloader???
i have R374_BL_08_26.shx, what do i need to flesh him to motorola? can i do
it whit the same RDS, or do i need some other sw?

Yes, it is - but I find 1.9.1 to be more reliable and less likely to fail
mid-write
