Voicesignal v2.0 dictation

does anyone know a way to put voicesignal on the RAZR v3 - my
girlfriend just got the big nasty brick motorola e815 i think it
is... and it has it.. but alas my RAZR.. the phone that is supposed
to be soooo cool does not. another dissapointment to add to the fact
that ringtones dont play if you have a bluetooth headset paired. im
sorry but it seems to me that motorola makes good devices but has
some complete idiots making decisions about them.
