v3 Problem

I have a new v3 Razr but it has a problem with SMS mode. In the message
centre I only have 3 options and no option to send any text message. It
looks like I will have to have it replaced but before I do I just wondered
if there was anyone else with the same problem?

I got the phone from Carphone Warehouse and although it is supposed to be an
Orange monthly phone it appears to have a load of Vodafone presets in it. I
wonder if it is a phone destined for a Vodafone SIM? Oddly though it works
with receiving and replying to texts - also it calls out okay too it's just
the message centre that appears totally screwed up.

I've found out what it is. Those noggins at CPW have sent me a Vodafone
phone by mistake. As soon as I put a Vodafone SIM in it all works and opens
up the message options. I have to take it in to get it swapped for one
locked to Orange instead.
