Moto's can handle 128kbps and more. I have a number of 192kbps loaded
just fine. I've found that when I have a connectivity problem, brief
battery removal does a better reset than just power cycling.

I've been getting music downloads from www.allofmp3.com and putting them
straight into the phone. Great prices too - most songs are only about a
    dime.
