    Hi,

I have had my T-Mobile RAZR V3 about one month. When I have the call
volume set to maximum (i.e. #7 volume level), I still find myself
adjusting the phone position so I can hear the caller better, especially
outside or when in the mall. Is there anyway to fix this or is this a
known problem that MOTO won't fix?

    Thanks,
    Dan

Using a program like P2KCommander or P2KTools, you can adjust the volume
so loud that the speakers will blow. Set the Master Volume to 4 with the
software and it will be as loud as you can stand it. Get the software
    at www.motomodders.net or www.motox.us.

Thanks. I will give this a look. If I accidentally blow my speaker,
will MOTO know I used these tools if I take it in for warranty service?

Not if you change the settings back. It is impossible to blow the
speaker is you don't change the setting to anything higher than 4 as
recommended. Over 4 it gets louder but with distortion so 4 is indeed
    the magic number.

The message below gives you the names of both programs ans websites to
get them from. If that's not enough you might not want to tackle modding
    your phone.

Yes, the only difference is the radio inside so it doesn't change the
software features. Just don't flash to a GSM version!
