ROKR: Free downloads to PC/Mac?

I've checked a number of sites for downloads, all so far require the
downloads to be sent to the phone via the carrier. My carrier is
Cingular, which charges unholy rates for data, and since the phone
offers Bluetooth I can transfer files myself for free. The hangup of
course is finding a site that allows downloads to the desktop...

Any and all info is appreciated, apologies if this has been requested
previously.

Just checking again to see if anyone knows of any download sites that
don't require direct phone downloads...
