V300 data phone/PC transfer

Hi, recently a friend was kind enough to give me his Motorola V300 when
he upgraded his phone. I had to buy a charger and data cable for the phone.

I want to transfer ring tones and images to and from the phone. I have
done a bit of research on the net but find myself going around in
circles and very confused. Obviously, I have no manual with the phone so
can't RTFM :-D

Would somebody please tell me what software/drivers(?) I would need to
use please.

Mobile Phone Tools is your best bet. It's on ebay real cheap. Any
version from 2.11 is fine as it will updrade itself on line. You can
read amd/download the v300 manual here:
