I am using v551 since Dec 17, 2004. It has been working fine for the
past 1 year. But, from yesterday i am getting a error saying "Voice
Record memory full". and after that i am not able to press any buttons
other than "power off" button. It is not regonizing any keys.

Luckily, sofar i am able to receive the incoming calls. But i am unable
to make any calls to anyone.

If there is any way to hard reset the mobile phone? Is there any
    workaround to fix this.

Delete all the voice records that you inadvertently created.

The phone is not responding to any key other than "hang up" (Power off)
button. When i press other keys, i am getting a message that "Voice
record memory full" and other that the key board froze.

If there a way to do a master reset by pressing some combinations of
    keys ?

no but if you have motorola USB data cable you can find some free software
(P2KManager, MotoKIT) that can do a master reset/clear.
