MPx220

I have an MPx220 I am trying to customize the home screen.
The instructions from Motorola read:

To customize your home screen:
Press Menu
Scroll to Settings and press Select
Scroll to Personalize and press Select
Scroll to Home Screen and press Select
Scroll to Home Keys and press Select Home Key choices
Scroll to Layout and press Change Layout choices
Scroll to Clock and press Change Clock

My phone is setup with "Start|Contacts" not wth Menu.
How can I change it back? So that Menu will be to the right of Contacts
again.

to just change it to some preset ones you go to
START> SETTINGS>HOME SCREEN
