Phone Tools Bluetooth Adaptor

I had purchased the Motorola Phone Tools that came with the USB
Bluetooth Adaptor. It seams that it is no longer recognized as a
bluetooth device on any computer. Do I have to just buy a new adaptor?
If so, any recommendations? Does anyone have any experience with
getting Motorola to replace it?

You may just need to reinstall the drivers. See my guide at
www.brobin111.blogspot.com. There's a Microsoft driver you'll want to
change.

I keep getting the following error: Your Bluetooth Software license
does not include use with this Bluetooth device (6). I saw this
before.

I have the Motorola USB Bluetooth adaptor that came with my phone
tools.

Are you using the software that came with the adapter or something that
came with another one?

I believe it is just an upgrade of what came with the adaptor.

Try the software that actually came with the adapter.
