Anyone know the pinout to the external headset plug that plugs into
the Motorla cellphone? It's a 3 pin plug, (sleeve, ring, tip):
common (ground)
earphone
microphone

Anyone know for sure the order on the plug or where I can
find the info? I suspect the top sleeve is ground, but not certain.
