    I have 4.

    The only one with a problem is the one my son dropped in a puddle... and
    he's had that one replaced.

    No problems here in RI.

    I have 3 in Southern NJ. Works where most other phones I had would not.
    Clear reception, easily modified. Get a replacement of the same model. You
    should be happy with a working unit.
