v3i voicedial

Hi just got my first motorola, a v3i. can not get the voicedial or digit
dial to work at all. i have tried the adjustments. is there any way to
install normal voicedial, ie where my voice is recorded for contacts.

Does the ladies voice have an english accent when it asks you to say a
command?
