This is a case of when you need it, it's gone.

Bought the phone long, long time ago, no problem thus far.

Now that I am ready to change cellphone, I need to transfer a photo
inside the phone into my computer. Powering up my computer, the XP told
me that it couldn't find the driver !

So I search for that cdrom, couldn't find it. So I thought to myself,
no problem, just download the driver from the Net.

And you know what ? Motorola's site is no use, this phone is too old.
Trying search engines and got plenty of misleading leads - at the end,
there is something listed in the Russian site - a file call moto
    c350-c380-usb-driver.rar

Downloaded that file, found that it couldn't be unarchived by _any_
    zip/rar related utilities.

So this is my last option - can anyone please tell me where to locate
the usb driver (for windows) for motorola c350 cellphone ?

Thank you very much in advance !

This site suggests you need the following kit. If you have the
connectors, etc, but not the CD, it offers a download link. Perhaps
you've already been here.. You have to purchase it for $29.99

Your phone is first listed here, in case you want to follow the links
yourself, to assure it's the correct download, etc:

I think I found the solution. I was told not to plug it into several
different usb ports while the PC is on. Wait for the PC to be shutdown, plug
in the usb dongle, then reboot. The device manager shows it without a #
appended to it and then it works properly. I thought a usb device had to be
plugged in when the PC was on. Maybe this is only true for the initial
installation. Hope this helps someone else. Thanks for the reply

There is no set rule for installation of a USB device, though the most
common is to install the software first, then attach the device. It does
not have to be attached at boot up for installation. Normally one should be
able to boot with the USB attached or attach it after the boot up, but
devices vary as do systems so both of these don't always work on every
    system.

Merci Beaucoup for your links !

The thing is, I have the cable, in fact, I have everything but that
stupid XP driver, and I can't find it _anywhere_ !

    What to do ?!

Try downloading a program called ALZIP for free at
    http://www.altools.net/ALTools/ALZip...3/Default.aspx and use it to
open up the .rar file. After Alzip runs that file right click the opened
file and extract it to a directory on your C drive.

Another option would be to download P2Ktools which contains the Motorola
    drivers.
