    Follow the links to the Motorola Phone Tools.
    If in the US, you would end up here:

    There is free software found at motomodders.net.
    Wolfgang

    PS: If you have Bluetooth at your PC you do not need any extra software
    for this purpose. Just connect and transfer.

    Go to alt.binaries.cellular-phones.warez

    Motorola Phone Tools was posted yesterday or the day before. It was
    incomplete but I think the guy is uploading pars right now. I just saw
    the main par file show on my server.

    It's a version of Windows that many people, including myself, still use.
    But I guess you really knew that.

    Moto tools 4 works for me with it.

    Re: how to transfer photo on phone to computer

    Cindy I made use of MPT with win 98 up till version 3. I ultimatley
    upgraded to XP just a month before version 4 was released. It seems to
    me that the versions are released according to the release of new
    phones. If you are working the newest phone you need the latest
    version. The latest version 4 will not seem to work with win 98, or at
    least with me it didnt. It is possible to make use of win 98 along with
    an older version of tools and a newer phone by using a generic driver
    but you will not have full function. TO ALL USING MPT CHECK OUT
    THERE HELP FORUM @ BVRP Software. Sorry dont have a link to give you.

    From Build.txt on my Win 98 SE system:

    [BUILD]
    ProductName=Motorola Phone Tools
    Version=4.00
    Language=ENU
    MasterId=051012005961
    Time=16:20:50
    Date=10/25/05
    Build=289

    And it works fine, has since first installation. Also, I use it to backup
    contacts etc. from my Nokia 6310i.

    I use MPT primarily for V3 and V3i.

    Bye!
