Clock Issue

Whenever my cellular one I ignite it this displays the hour of the
moment at which it extinguishes it.
How can i fix this problem.

What kind of phone do you have? Model#? With many phones, like the v3,
you can catch the time you closed it for an instant when you open it.
When you open the phone the screen refreshes itself. The display should
update in a fraction of a second.
