Don't mess with it any longer. As long as it is new and you are within
the return policy I would run down to the store and have it replaced.
No need in having to put up with something like that. I bet that drove
you crazy?

They don't have to hear it, just tell them you want a new one. Mean
and crazy people are entitled to get replacement phones just like
normal people! ;-)
