    Hi

I have a Motorola V525 phone and enter my sim pin, then it is asking
me to contact my service provider (Vodafone), this was an old phone of
mine and I am using temporary but entered the incorrect phone pin 3
times so I cant now access the phone.

Vodafone have fobbed me off saying the phone is broken, does anyone
know of any way to bypass this message and get in to the phone to
master reset it or at least so I can enter the the correct handset
code. Read the user guide and no useful information in there for it,
so anybody out there who could assist

    Many Thanks

    Stuart

What you need is the "PUK code", which can only be obtained from whoever
    originally sold you the phone.

    http://www.vodafone.co.nz/mobiles/ma...v525_guide.pdf at the section on
Changing a code. Is this what you're after? The code requested is a new
    code, just 4 digits.

If the 'phone is bust, Lidl were selling V3's in various colours for £59.95
last week, assuming you're in range of a store. Completely SIM and operator
    free.
