slvr l7 -Volume and headphone

Hello,

I have the slvr l7 and was wondering if anyone knows if there a way to
get the volume any higher on the unit when listening to headphone and
also, has anyone got reguler headphone for thier slvr? the earbuds
suck, hard to stay in place...i assume you can use any headphones with
the adapter that came with the unit....maybe some ribbed headphones
that will stay put.

Yes, I am using my airplane noise reduction headphones with the adapter that
came with the phone, they work fine.
