K1 - Calls locked?

Are you sure you really locked "calls" not "recent calls" or "In-Call
Setup". I don't have a K1 at hand at the moment, but the V3i I have here
does not even offer "calls" in the "lock application" menu.

The usual way to block outgoing calls in any GSM phone is to enable
fixed dialling numbers or to enable call barring.
