Yes, if the phone is supported by MPT.

It is, and I transferred the data, (into MS Access, presumably) via MPT.
I can see the file in MPT and have found it in my computer, but I
can't get the "Access" file to open. Get a message saying it in an
"unrecognized data base format".
Any suggestions? Maybe I can get it into Excel as a .coma delimited file???

MPT does Backup to CSV (comma separated values) format, which is
supported by a great many programs, including Microsoft Excel.

Thanks John,
I think I finally got it worked out - have downloaded my phonebook to a
CVS format in Excel and printed it out.
