    who said i got it for free yo...it was a package deal with the phone.
    i still payed for it. eiither way using the electronics kinda freaked
    me out at first becaues it didn't work easily i didn't realize how
    much i would need this software. with this **** either way it's got a
    50 percent chance of working depending on your equipment. and i havn't
    tried calling these guys what am i gonna tell them?? what are they
    gonna tell me?

    Call BVRP or Motorola and tell them you have a bad CD. They may want you
    to send it in for replacement but that's pretty trivial.

    If that's potentially all you want then get a Bluetooth dongle and read the
    installation docs and follow them. You can then transfer pics to/from as
    well as tones and no need to get hung up with MPT and all the associated
    suggestions related it.

    I use a cheap (CSR) USB dongle with Widcomm 1.4.2 build 10 drivers and wait
    for it, with Windows 98SE <vbg>. I use a V3, V3i, Nokia 6310i, Nokia 6230
    and Nokia N95 with it and no problems.

    when i bought the phone it came "blue tooth enabled" what does that
    mean what is a dongle?
