v60i flash + flex

Hi all, I own a v60i phone. Actually, after flashing and flexing the phone,
software version is PHX8_G_3.12.03R and flex version is SE3756AXXB20C2.
Unfortunately I can't find language pack 0004 for this software version so
actually my phone speaks only English. I have no problems with this
language, but italian iTAP is not present, so writing sms in italian is now
difficult. I would like to know if anyone has language pack 0004 for this
software version (version VictorGSM and PST are good) or a full flash
(including also flex and java pack) also of a previous version of software,
cause it's impossible to find this things on internet. Thanks in advance for
