T-Mobile Unlocking E-Mail Address

Hey,

Somewhere on here, there was a post giving the T-mobile address where
you could send your IEMI number and you get the unlocking code back.

Does anyone have it?

Hmmm...is there a similar address for Cingular? Their phone monkeys
don't want to play ball.
