No. A removeable memory chip. pure memory. The Nokia 9000 series has
a slot. THe Treo 600 phones apparently will too, but they're not on
the market yet.
Anyway, a true SIM card are not present on my current ATT Free-To-Go
(GSM) nokia 5165. I cannot move my number around to other handsets,
nor put (example) your SIM into my phone. ATT is still selling this
phone in the USA.

The Nokia 3650 camera phone comes standard with a 16 meg removal media card
for downloading pictures and other applications.
