I have a problem where my new (less than6 months old) will occasionally power
off. There is no rhyme or reason to this and nothing I do can make it happen.
Is this normal for the 720 or do I have to get another phone Your input is
appreciataed

Normal? Yes. Should it happen? No. Be glad that is your only problem.

Re: T720 problem
My phone doesn that on occassion. I just take out the battery, leave it
out for a few minutes, re-install it, then things work okay for a while.
Like he said, its normal for this phone, but it shouldn't happen.

Re: T720 problem
Kind of reminds me of when Windows 95 first came out. What a piece of crap.
If I had $1 for everytime I re-booted or reinstalled it, I could have
retired quite nicely!
