Question regarding Unlocking C333

Couldn't find any information on unlocking this phone, but had a question:

1. So, to unlock this phone, I would need to use one of the unlocking
services? Correct? There isn't any special software that I could use, or
any special key codes...

2. Say I have a phone that I lost, and told the phone company that it was
lost. But I found it a few months later, would I be able to use it on
another network?
