So far I am not very impressed by this product. I can do everything with my
factory data cable except for sync with the phone. Upon starting to sync, I
will get an error stating that it can't write to the '1' slot or '16' slot.

I've noticed that if I edit the number in the slot that it will increase the
slot with the error by 1.

Any ideas? Using Truesync 2.02 and ST version 7654.

Really looking for a Windows app that would let me download the phone book
entries instead of Truesync.
