Hello,
I have been given a program which gives you unlocking codes for all new
phones by calculating it from your network and your IEMI No and then
presents you with 7 possible unlocking passwords, my friend has unlocked 7
phones using it but I wont see him for a week now to ask him this Q, when
I insert a new sim card it says enter subsidy password which is 8 digits
long, the codes I am supposed to put in to unlock the phone are like this
#pw+339026262732225+7# obviously that code is too long for the password it
is asking for so I'm thinking there must be another password before I enter
the unlocking one so what is the subsidy password and where might I find it?
Thank's for any help.

Remove your sim card from the phone and power it on then enter your code
above. This should unlock it and then power down and insert sim card if
done correctly it should NOT ask for the subsidy password.
