    Has any other cell phone been this anticipated in the history of cell
    phones?

    I kinda remember the excitement surrounding Nokia 8890 (first Nokia
    tri-band GSM phone, I think) and the Nokia 2160 (my first LCD TDMA
    phone, neat!), and my very first cell phone, a all-black Motorola
    UltraClassic II, which I paid almost $2K for in 1988 (and my first
    phone bill from LA Cellular was $1300 with no roaming).

    But the V600? Geez, no one will shut up about it. I think everyone is
    going to own one, if it ever comes out...

    The V400 is the same as the V500/V525 that is available in Europe. The V600
    is the V600 no matter where you get it.

    Nope, they're not the same. Both do cover GSM 800 900 1800 1900
    the V400 is slightly smaller; weighs a bit more; has less talk/standby
    times; does not have bluetooth; doesn't have custom faceplate
    covers; doesn't support multiple languages; doesn't PC Sync;
    don't have Ringer ID or Profiles; doesn't have SyncML; does not
    have USB. All those items listed that the V400 doesn't have, the
    V600 does. So, no, I don't think they are the same phone!

    Could anyone tell me if either of these phones allow you to take jpeg photos
    from your computer and store them on your phone for viewing?
