    Try google. Look for posts on the 730 from about 2 months ago in
    alt.cellular.verizon. IIRC, no one particularly liked the phone.

    I got one a couple of weeks ago and like it just fine. It's even
    better at receiving and holding calls in marginal areas than my old
    Startac 7868. My phone is CDMA, on Verizon. Battery life is better
    too. It seems decently engineered and constructed. The menu system
    is ok and logical once you learn it. Other features are mostly
    non-essential but some, like wallpaper, are neat.

    The phonebook system could stand improvement, but it's usable.

    The standard clip-in holster sucks, much like the v.60 holster did,
    leaving the phone badly exposed to scratches and worse. Moto sells a
    leather pouch with magnetic flap that's much better, except it's
    designed so the phone sticks out from your belt too far. Motorola is
    determined to protect us from non-perils.

    I don't know of one I'd rather have right now.

    That's BS. Most 730 users appear to be happy. The large majority of complaints
    if people saying "the 720 sucks, so the 730 must suck too", without actually
    using a 730.

    I've had one for 3 months, decent phone, no problems with it.
