P8167 Data Kit - Need Driver for W2000

I recently had to re-format my laptop drive, and I went to re-install
my P8167 in W2000 modems, and have misplaced the CD. Anyone out there
have the P8167 data kit CD and can help me obtain the driver? I don't
need the dialer or Blue Kite junk, just the install for drivers. Any
leads, help appreciated.

Well, found the CD and guess what, it will not work with W2000.
Before, I originally had Windows ME that came on laptop, and
when I upgraded to 2000 the dialer went with it. However, had to
do a fresh install of 2000, and it will not install, keeps telling me
I need TCP/IP installed, but it is already installed in 2000...

Anyone have driver for W2000?
