Broken i95 (help)

Hi, I started off with Nextel last year with a i30sx and then purchased a
used i95 about 2 months into my contract.

Just recently the lcd screen (the main one) on my i95 is broken as it is
just black even when the phone turns on. The phone still receives calls
and the ear piece and speaker is working fine.

I do have insurance with Nextel ever since I started up with them.

What can I do now since Nextel don't make i95's anymore? Or what do you
guys think Nextel can do for me to replace my phone?

Do you have the insurance on the USED i95 or on the original i30? If it's
on the i95 they will probably send you a refurbished i95 if it's on the i30
you will probably get one of those. If for some reason they are completely
out of i95's then you would get the i730 if that's what you are insured for.

Thanks for the reply. Well, I had the i95 and I used it to call in to put
the insurance on. I started off with the i30 but took off the insurance
for a couple months until I got the USED i95. *shrug*

.....it's cool to pimp a broken phone...lol
