    Hello,

I recently gave my old I90c to a girlfriend of mine. When I call her, after
3 rings the phone goes to her voicemail. I went to menu-styles and I see
there are a bunch of styles I can choose, car, meeting, etc. They all have
an option for "auto answer-1 ring, 2 ring, 3 ring, 4 ring." Is that the only
way to change the number of rings? Is there any other way that I can change
the number of rings before the phone goes to voicemail, or does she have to
call Nextel? I threw my owners manual away unfortunately so I can't look it
    up in there.

    Thanks,
    Emil

I called Nextel to extend the ring before it goes to VM.
There was no charge for it.

    Thanks Brian, that solved it.

there is no way to extend the number of rings from your phone. the only way
is to call and add the ring extension. In which Brian is correct there is no
    charge.

Can you choose how many rings before VM ? I'd hate to have them just change
    it to something like 8+
