A word of advice....
Get a life?

Seriously, I suppose I'd be 'bent' if I got a used phone, IF it was in
bad shape, which I bet the one you got wasn't...

Also, please keep in mind that bill you (or whomever) pays every month
is for the SERVICE. The phone itself is just an access tool. It is the SERVICE
that you are paying for. The phone is only a very small, minor part of the whole.

I also agree that it is frustrating to be ignored (or that is at least your perception)
But, I also see that you are being perceived by them as a whiner and *****ing
about something quite trivial and a HUGE waste of their time...
