Syncing Nextel Phones with Outlook

How is it this fundamental capability which all the other carriers
offer has been completely ignored by Nextel?

you make a good point, but if you look at other carrier threads that are always people posting questions because it never works correctly. the only phones that sync correctly everytime with outlook are the blackberry's. when/if the i930 is released it will sync very cleanly with outlook since it will be running windows mobile os.
