webjal to phone problems i need help

when i tryed to put a song on to my i830 i got a message saying to check connection and to change something all i now is i change what i need and tryed to download something else and it worked. so i tryed to redownload the erigenal song but the proplem was still happening

sounds to me like there is a problem with the song your trying to use if you
got another song to work. Try reformatting the song with cool edit again
under the specified mono 8bit 8000 sample rate again and your problem should
be gone. Or post the song here and i will try to do it for you if i can get
the file to download.
