Wallpaper app v3.1

I am looking for the wallpaper app v3.1 for the i860. Rumor has it you
can set it to use on a i730 by using a 96x13 wallpaper. (Dont flame
me, I read it over on HowardForums..)

You can use v2 to load up your i730, which by the way would be 96x16 png.

Okay.. V2 I have somewhere....

I was going to try it on the 830, see if it works or not.... If I
FUBAR my phone, I will just take it and get a new one.. (Thank god for
NSP)

Will work on the i830 as well with the same dimensions.
