Audible alert to incoming emails?

I just got a blackberry 7520 up and running.

Is there an option for it to alert you of a new incoming email?

I always thought it would beep, bleep, buzz, or flash three smiley
faces...

Goto Profiles, edit, messages alert, edit, out of holster, change
option, choose tone. The go down to tune and edit that to what you
like.
