Your 3w phone won't work on Nextel's network.

Connect and disconnect?? As in a regular phone call?? What's the
point, just make a call. I thought the whole point behind DC/PTT was
to be instant, easy and informal like a two way radio....

Sounds like stupidity on the part of who placed the store. Where I
am Verizon can not compete with Cingulars coverage.

Monkeyboyvealot... another worthless, and yet totaly BS responce from
loser you. How typical you vealot. Get Lost, Grow up, Open up and
learn something. Rants and trashing other wirless providers that are
kicking or about to kick vzns ass is sooooo funny. Oh vzn ptt sucks? ah
thats ok lets bring back the coverage myth. The funny thing about
davidvealots responce is he's wrong and its all just vzn vealot
nonsence... like I said typical vealot. Which is why you think its
funny. Vealot BS and cheerleading is SOOOOO funny between to losers who
have nothing but a pos fat cat wireless provider.
The only way to feel good about your vzn wireless service is to make up
stories about other providers and post them to message boards, only to
be pointed out and told you vealots are FOS. Grow up vealots there are
many wirless providers out there and MOST of them provider service equal
to or better than vzn. No excuses, no spin, no sneaking around with
different screen names, yeah vealots we know all about it. Grow up
    vealots

Its very funny watching the Nextel pumpers and employees *****ing about
    delay in Verizon PTT.

Many Nextel folks that have moved to Verizon PTT say the delay is not
very noticeable and they are impressed with the call quality and
    coverage.

I concur with you that Nextel will be history within 3-5 years.

    Now THERE'S a comeback. Let's be even-handed here---LOL.

How about a new slogan for all of 'em...

PTT "Not Ready For Prime-Time, most of the time"...

Once again we have a lousy choice to make---Nextel, almost instant connect,
but inferior PHONE coverage, vs. VZW, great phone coverage, inferior
    connect.

Since inertia is one of the most powerful forces in Nature, guess I'll
continue using Nextel at work, and VZW at home.

Thanks to Larry for the review, and everybody else for the laughs.
