beats the hell out of me

My new puppy got a hold of my i95cl (!) and pretty much tore the antenna,
battery cover and front casing up pretty bad. Fortunately for me I caught
him before he damaged the phone beyond the exterior (read: it still works
fine). But now I have this phone that is pretty banged up and I have been
considering purchasing the 'housing' or 'casing' and trying to replace it
    myself.

So how difficult is it to replace? From what I've been reading online it is
suggested to 'hire a professional' (whatever that means) because it is very
difficult to replace. And the last thing I want to do is break the phone
completely. Has anyone in this group ever had to replace their casing and
    was it hard/easy?

Thanks in advance for the help.

    P.S. This

The housing you are looking at on ebay is actually a clear housing that has
been spray painted on the inside, making the outside appear silver. It is a
very common style case and looks pretty good, if you want a silver phone.
The seller is very reputable, I have bought from him, and the price is
    normal for that item.
As far as doing the swap yourself ........... without knowing you or your
abilities, I would not suggest you do it yourself. Aside from the technical
ability needed, the risk of a first timer ruining the phone by tearing the
ribbon or damaging the LCD is very high. I do several case swaps a week and
I can offer you my services if you are interested. I charge $45 for the case
swaps and this includes Priority shipping back to you.
