cell site info needed how much to charge?

I have a friend that already has a cell tower on his building. The provider
wants to add a second tower for WCDMA and extend the lease 15 years. Anyone
on this site have an idea what that would be worth. He is currently getting
$1200 a month for one tower with a 10 year lease.

The average rooftop lease is approx. 22K per year (1800 month) here in
south fl. with a 20 year lease commitment. He should be at least be
able to get that.

able to get that.
