ive seen a bunch of places that do this sorta thing. but what im trying to
find is a site that offers info on how to do this. like how they install
the lights in the flip and near the speakervents and the ptt buttons. and
the dual/tri status lights ect. not necessarily a specific guide but a
general description of how they run the led lights and how they power them
ect. or if anyone in here knows. i know its pretty hard. but i have a few
phones i can "test" it on.
any info would be appreciated.

Re: LED lights install?? info question.
I can give a few quick pointers. The vent lights are a bad idea. ptt light
also kills the effieciency of the phone. Changing the leds and even more so
adding them to the keypad kills batt life. This holds tru for most mods
except the ones like the lighted flips and lighted keypads that you can
order from me if youd like. The general mod place would run power from the
normal backlights or status light. this is very messy and screws your phone
up even if you have proffesional grade very fine soldering tools. If you get
lucky enough to make all the new connections as good as from the factory,
then it wont be so bad. so, id recommend buying a lighted flip or keypad
insert somewhere. especially for the do it yourselfers.
