Anyone have any experience with roaming in Mexico? Especially the area
around Ramos Arizipe (just outside Saltillo)? I am looking for a service
    that works in this area.

    Thanks for the link.

I notice there's nothing on the Yucatan peninsual covered. Is there
*any* cell service available on the Yucatan?
